This is likely totally an edge case, though may help others if they run into the same issue: after 13.2.1 update, which I did yesterday on my Mac Studio, Location Services weren't functioning properly. They were of course enabled but location-aware apps like Weather (where I first noticed it), Maps, Find My, etc, were not able to use the location data.

To "fix" it I disabled Location Services entirely, rebooted normally, then re-enabled it.

"When in doubt, three-finger salute?" Oh wait... that's Windows... ;-)

I have this bug too with the latest update. I seem to be able to get location services working by disconnecting and reconnecting to wifi. It affects Safari too. I've tried disabling and enabling location services through settings but it always reemerges. I think it presents after waking from sleep but I don't really track it.

I should point out that this emerged in 13.3.1 for me.
