Location services not working in Tahoe Safari

I updated my iMac to Tahoe today and Location Services is no longer working in Safari. All the settings look correct. I have toggled LS off and on but still no luck. A quick Google search came up with a few people with the same issue but nobody had a solution. LS works in all other apps and Firefox, just not Safari. Any ideas on what I could try next. Thanks.
