Location services toggle for SBSettings

I searched here and found some threads saying "search Cydia". I have. There is nothing I can find. Am I missing a repo? Any help would be appreciated.

Activate SBSettings and press "more". Press Set Toggles at the top of the list and turn Location to on.

Just wondering (seriously), why do people want to toggle location services for? is it to save battery like on camera app, etc.?

Battery drain + it tells apps where you are (and I don't want that).

I normally keep it off because of battery issues, but for some apps I want to flick it on quickly.
