Which one in the list on Location Services needs to be enabled in order for FindMyiPhone to work? Or can it find it regardless of what's on or off??

As long as the main Location Services is enabled, the location of your phone will be able to be determined. If Location Services is turned off, you'll still be able to use the other FindMyiPhone features (such as sending messages to the device) but you wont be able to determine the phone's location.

RTP.

Go to Settings --> Mail, Contacts --> Calendars then go to MobileMe under your Accounts and there you will find the Find My iPhone location services switch.

Thanks for your answers. Wondered why MobileMe or FMIP wasn't listed in Locations
