Location Settings Greyed Out

Hello,
So I guess you have to change location settings for apps on iOS and not watchOS? Here’s the problem, I was fiddling with ‘Handwashing’ and it looks like something glitched and now theirs two ‘Handwashing’ sections in the watchOS settings, and nothing in the iOS settings…which mean I can’t enable the location for ‘Handwashing Reminders for when you get home’.
I’ve rebooted my Apple Watch and iPhone, and nothing.
