LOCATION_SERVICES in place of Wi-Fi Sync Option

I apologize if I put this on the wrong section not sure if it belonged on the hacks section or not.

A duplicate Location Services option showed up on my phone when I upgraded from 4.3.3/Greenpois0n JB to 5.1.1/the most current redsn0w. When I tried to do a Wi-Fi sync I noticed this strange option in my menu. Anyone have an idea how to rectify this without resorting to a restore? Any idea how this even happened?
