Hey guys, I bought an Apple Watch SE 2 from Ebay. The seller sent it to me with activation lock enabled. I tried contacting him and got no response. Is there any other alternative? Help!

As stated above - no.
Contact eBay and try to get your money back. I don’t use eBay but have read in these forums many times that there is some “buyer protection” you can utilize

If you paid by PayPal, go to them, and they will get your money back.

No, there's no way to connect a watch to a Mac. Even if you could, a DFU restore doesn't remove the activation lock.
I agree man… the charger for an Apple Watch is just a magnet that does charge it wirelessly. There is no syncing involved; the diagnostic port requires a proprietary connection. Can you message the eBay account that sold the Watch to you and ask them if you can mail it back and they can input their Apple ID account details in it?

If it belonged from an owner that is not from the seller or from the seller’s family member who passed that can be a longer process as they’ll have to go a long way to get the Apple ID login to get it off.

Alternatively, you can get it settled with Apple Support with a proof of purchase. Ask the seller to send a photocopy or screenshot of the receipt from where they bought their Apple Watch. If it’s from the Apple Store they send it via email.

Unless the seller provides you the password, the watch is going to be just a paper weight.

The seller doesn't need to give out their password, nor do they need the watch back so they can enter it in. The seller just needs to remove the watch from their Apple ID.

Since the seller doesn't seem to be responding, it's possible this is a stolen watch. File a claim with eBay to get your money back if the seller isn't cooperating.

Apologies for accidentally slipping and skimming the details from OP, my bad. Yes you should dispute it with eBay, and also the issuing bank of your credit card 💳 to get your money back.

If you still have the original box with the sender’s address showing on it, and you are certain that they stole the Apple Watch and/or never turned off Find My and removed their Apple ID, consult local authorities as well. Just like if you get an AirTag that is randomly placed in your possession.
