searched but found nothing, when i go into info for any file, then sharing and permissions there is a name of unknown that can read only. ive tried to delete it but i cant. i cant change it to no access. i have an excel file i need to lock and has very important info in it. but just not sure who this unknown user is. any help would be greatly appriciated.
