One of my co-workers has this icon showing at the top of her screen. I searched in her settings, but I'm not sure what this icon represents.

If anyone has the answer, please let me know. Thanks in advance!

Orientation Lock?

its funny how people find a way to navigate into the settings to enable/disable features but then cant find their way back to it again.

and yea, it must be the O-lock.

It's the Orientation Lock. What it does (when activated) is prevent your screen from flipping horizontally, when you move your device as so. You can find this by but double-tapping the home screen and then swipe the bottom bar to the right.
