iPhone Lock info kills passbook?

Once I installed lock info, passbook no longer alerts me when I walk into a Starbucks.

Is there a known association with lock info interfering with passbook applications?

Make sure the Starbucks app is enabled in notification center and that lock notification is enabled

It is enabled. I've double checked all notifications and settings. Surely I'm not the only one?
