Lock layout??

Sorry if this has been posted but I tried searching and couldn't find anything on it. Is their an app or tweak that will allow me to lock the layout so that if someone uses it they can't accidently reorder or delete an app? Thanks.

Lol you my friend may have found a new tweak for a dev. Email chwpn on Twitter, he's boot with these kind of tweaks.

Did more research but only found a way to password protect accessing an app. Would be great if it worked so that if you tried to reorganize or delete an app and then prompt for a password.
