Lock own posts

Hey,

I posted a thread earlier about avatars and the thread as far as I'm concerned is now answered. I think it'd be good if we could lock our own posts in certain forums like the Site and Forum Feedback forum. It would prevent the chance of duplicate replies of the same answer really.

I'd suggest having (like avatars), a large post count requirement and limiting it to forums which aren't 'discussion focused' as such. So what I mean by that is they're not really forums you'd expect long discussions from.

I mean it's just an idea but maybe one to think about?

If you had to or felt the need to or wanted to or whatever you could press the report button on your post and request that the thread is locked.

As The Doctor 11 said, if you feel like a particular thread needs locking then please report it. One of the moderators will then review.
