Lock PDF Is Gone in iOS 26 Files / Preview app?

In iOS 18 and earlier versions, you could password protect a PDF by clicking the small arrow near the document’s title. However, I’m unable to locate the password protect option in iOS 26. Even after clicking “Export PDF,” there’s no password protect option available.

I’ve attached screenshots of iOS 18’s “Lock PDF” feature and iPadOS 26, which lacks this option.
