Lock screen and monitor shutdown

Hello everybody, I'm new to MacRumors and I've just updated to Mac OS X Lion and as many of you I have some complains about it.

In particular I would like to know if there is a way to get the lock-screen to shutdown the monitor as SL did.
In Mac OS Lion when locking the screen, the screensaver starts and there's no way to disable it.
