For the last several versions of iOS 10 I've noticed that the Siri suggestion app in the lower left-hand corner of the lock screen will be visible but not allow you to swipe up on it if there are any notifications on the lock screen. I tested this on my wife's iPhone as well and noticed that she had the same issue. Are you all experiencing the same thing? Is this a bug?
It seems that it has to be a bug I see no purpose in not allowing the lower left-hand corner of the lock screen to work if there are other notifications, and it used to work fine in the past. How has this not been fixed?
