lock screen pic zoom

how do you get lock screen to pic to not zoom in? all the photos zoom in and dont look right or fit right when zoomed. The normal backgrounds dont seem to zoom. This only seems to when I use pics from pics from my camera roll. how do I change this? thanks

You must turn off parallax to disable the zoom. Setting - general - accessibility - then turn reduce motion on
