So overall I'm a fan of the lock screen but I'm not sure what the point of having an activity widget there if it's just going to obscure the data. I have my apple watch on, not sure what the deal is here, seems pretty pointless for some widgets?

Was about to submit this same exact topic but came across your post - I ended up switching out that widget as it's completely useless. If someone knows if it's a setting please let me know!
That's correct. A buddy of mine thought it may be due to the low refresh rate the lock screen drops to combined with a widget that would need to update more periodically. Idk though.
