Lock Screen time wrong

I have a strange problem, the time on my lock screen is 12 hours behind the time on the rest of the phone. Right now the time on the phone is set to 17:30 GMT the lock screen shows 05:30. I tried toggling automatic time setting, setting the time manually, rebooting phone and turning 24 hour time on and off. I don't want to restore for this, any suggestions?
