My recently owned and jailbroken iPad would sometimes freeze while browsing the internet and the only way to get out of this situation is by shutting off the device using power+home buttons. I used Crash Reporter to identify the problem and it's pointing at "/libexec/lockdownd".

Any idea why this is happening? Any fix?

I'm on iPad 4 4G, WiFi 32GB, iOS 6.0.1.

Thanks!

You can try uninstalling the last few tweaks before you noticed this problem until its fixed

An alternative would be download sbsettings and disable the mobilesubstrate one or a few at a time until you pinpoint the offending tweak and then uninstall that tweak

The problem is that I can't reproduce the issue because it does happen from time to time. But I'll do what you said and will see how it turns out.

Thanks for the help! :)
