So I'm in a good pickle here,
I have my friends iPod touch which has met the infamous "disabled for 23 million minutes" glitch. So far I've tried everything apart from restoring it which hasn't worked. I haven't restored it yet since she doesn't have a backup. But after I've had it for well over a month she said she doesn't care just restore it. This is where things get even more complicated. The home button is stuck, so I cannot get it into DFU mode. I found a hack online that uses redsn0w to make a custom ISPW for entering it, but that requires use of iTunes to restore to said ISPW which A, ruins the point of DFU mode and B, isn't possible since iTunes wont let me access the device without entering a passcode which i cannot do because its Disabled for another 45 years. And now were back to square one.
Just please someone help me.
