I read someone saying this absolutely destroys your battery life. Is this just a myth?

If it's just displaying some information it should be almost unnoticeable, no?

Well you need to read more than one comment. Lockinfo has little to no impact on battery life. Now, if you decide to muck it up with a bunch of html theming, that might be another story.

I can't live without my Lockinfo!

I have seen no hit on my battery life with LockInfo.

If you really wanted to, you could make it drain quickly though. Be conscious of your update times for things like WeatherIcon, RSS, and Twitter. Mine are set to every four hours. Also, I am completely native themed. So that makes it smoother as well.

It's a great application.

the best app, and david has it almost perfect for 4.0 already!!

and i have my update times set to 0, just manually update.
