LockInfo Calendar not highlighting the right day?

Hellooooo.

I just downloaded my trial of LockInfo and seem to have gotten everything to where I want it to be, however I noticed this morning that the wrong day is highlighted! it's December 31st, 2010 and my phone is highlighting December 1st, 2010.. So it's not far off!

Any ideas as to why this may be? How can I fix it? I've done some looking around on my phone and with google and haven't found anything pertaining to my problem.
