Lockinfo gone after phone call

I am wondering if anyone is having the same problem I am. I have lockinfo on my 4S all set up the way I want it. I have it set to hide during a phonecall. I have noticed after "longer" phone calls after I hang up that lockinfo is gone. The only way I can get it back is to respring. With shorter phone calls after I hangup my custom lockscreen is still there. Has anyone else experienced this?
