Lockinfo is driving me insane!!! Icon problem!

I have JB IP4 and I just downloaded the LI sport native theme for lockinfo however the icons are stock. I am trying to SSH my own custom icons in so that I can add some color however it will not work. I also tried the lockinfo icons theme from cydia but that is a no go too.

I have tried everything....I have tried to change the native icons to no avail and I've tried to change the sport native theme icons which was also a failure. any suggestions??

Ok, i fixed my problem.......by accident. lol. I moved the lockinfo icon theme to the top in winterboard and the icons are now showing in my LI sport native theme. However, I was still unable to customize my own icons via SSH. The Icons just won't show up?

Whatever is at the top of Winterboard gets loaded first above everything else.

ahh, i see....thanks. also, what program would I use that reads and manipulates png files? (i'm a newbie), i'm on a PC
