Lockinfo issue

I purchased Lockinfo on my iphone, then proceeded to use it on my ipad also. After a few weeks, I'm getting a pop up every time I start the ipad that says "go to settings> lockinfo" to use. Their it says something about transfering my license to this device. Do I have to buy a copy for the ipad also?

LockInfo license are device specific, you need to buy another licenses for your iPad or transfer your current one, you can transfer it up to 3 times.
