lockinfo problem, please help

I jailbroke the other day and downloaded lockinfo. great app, but i cant get the dim delay to work for 5 secs and 1 sec. the longer intervals work but the shorter ones dont. i tried downloading "lockscreen dim delay" too but that didnt work either. can someone please help me with this??
