Lockinfo RSS football feeds

Ok so I've bit the bullit n downloaded lockinfo.
I have now tried putting BBC news and skysports RSS feeds into the plugins but they're not showing...

I've also read that the feeds that end in .XML do not work on lockinfo!!??

Any suggestions?

I added this feed to my LockInfo RSS plugin and it worked just fine:
