Lockinfo theme without Winterboard?

Yeah, because Suarik has an HTC Cydget, but that only provides us with a clock. There is a plugin for Lockinfo made by Burgch at MacThemes that I tried. Yet, it isn't as near as large as the theme. Although, he is working on version 2.0 of his plugin that answers all of my needs for my HTC Lockscreen. It is going to have very high quality weather animations that don't drain the battery, many different settings for your own customization of the plugin such as size and placing of date, time, etc. It is going to be the ultimate plugin. He just doesn't know when he will start the beta for 2.0 as he is learning as he goes on how he does all of this. There will also be iPhone 4 Retina Display support. If done right, this will be a great add on to Lockinfo. I'm just trying to figure out how to use this theme without Winterboard as i'm waiting for the beta... Here is the link to his Plugin:
