Lockinfo Weather Icons

I have been trying to have my lock screen look like the one in the link above. I downloaded the HTC plugin and the high gloss from cydia. The weather icons I got from a repo on cydia. When all enable in winterboard the spils weather icons will not show. I am still stuck with the standard weather icons. Any ideas on how to fix this problem??
