Rather then start a new topic i thought i would just jump in on this one. I am new to JB (about 2 days), i just downloaded lockinfo for the trial period. So far i like it, i have added the weather plug in, which i like but now the time shows twice on the lock screen, once at the top and then again along with the weather info. How do i change that.

Settings, lockinfo, Lock screen, layout, hide lock clock

No prob :) settings, lockinfo, plugins, plugin order

From A Buick 8, I'm not sure if you've got WinterBoard or not, but the plugins list in LockInfo works just like the themes list in WB. Whatever plugins you have activated go from top to bottom in order. So, if you want the weather plugin at the top of the screen, above the other LockInfo plugins you've got activated, you can just pull it to the top and there it will be. :D

KentuckyHouse (hey i am from KY) and UngratefulNinja thanks that worked.

I think i will need buy lockinfo, it it very usefull.

Still learning this stuff, yes KentuckyHouse i have winterboard, and i am just starting to play around with it, i like the idea of themes.

Alright! Another Kentuckian...welcome! :D

And I'm glad we could help out. It seems a little overwhelming (the themes, that is) at first, but you'll quickly get the hang of it.

And rick, that's not a bad idea with the thread title being "lockinfo". I'll go dig mine and wernnerds posts up on how to do it so it's here.

INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO CHANGE THE HEADER FILE IN LOCKINFO:

See this post first:

And here's how to do it and the file that you'll need to get the small line between headers:

This is all detailed on page 125 of the Post Your Jailbroken Home Screen (Part 3) thread if you're looking for other posts for context. This is what it will look like if you make this change and use the header in the download in my post above:

Need to go to the mountain again, i am using Lockinfo on the lock screen and the data that calendar is showing is not correct.

A little back ground, since i am too cheap to sign up for MobileMe i am using Google Calendar. I had subscribed to a Google Cal that showed local weather, i unsubscribed from that and it no longer show on the stock calendar app on my iPhone, but it is still sowing on the LockInfo lockscreen calendar.

Well I thought I had, but I checked it and all of my calendars were off. Strange because there were calendars showing on the lock screen, anyway I picked the ones I wanted and also used sbsettings to respring and now all is well.

Cool..glad to hear its working for ya

I like Lockinfo a lot, it is very helpfull. I am still tweaking some (as best i can)

I just recently JB my VIP4 and i have added SBSettings, Winterboard and Lockinfo.

Those are 3 of the biggest reasons I jailbreak...the biggest one, though, is biteSMS. If you do a lot of texting (or even if you don't) but you want the option of quick replying or quick composing from anywhere on the phone (in other words, you don't have to open the native SMS app), it's an amazing piece of software. And it's worth every single penny that you pay for it. Heck, I'd pay TWICE as much if that's what the developer was asking...lol. :D

I have a couple more lockInfo questions. I have the infoshade option on and that is working fine, it is set up to "roll" down when i swipe down from the status bar, but is there a way to "roll" it back up other than pressing the home button.

My second question is there a reminder app that integrates with lockifo so my reminders show up similar to how calendar events show up.

I use RE.minder now and it is a good program and when i get an alert from it those show up on lockinfo. But i would like to have the items that i have reminders set for show up for the current day and then maybe the next day as well.

Took me a few minutes to figure this out:

Settings->LockInfo->LockScreen->Layout->Hide Lock Clock->On

Careful about what else you enable on this page as you can lock yourself out of your phone.

Thanks Sparky9292, i had allready received an answer on that one from UngratefulNinja (post # 7) but allways good to have confirmation.

How about my two questions about the infoshade and a todo or reminder app.

that was my reason too KH, but know with lockinfo, i just click on the sms on the LS and it brings me to the native messages app...love it

Possibly use activator to set that action for infoshade. Not sure if it will work but its an option.
