Locking in full screen?

I'm going to be a camp-leader this summer and there is going to be a challenge day.
One of the challenges is that someone has to constantly watch a clip in a loop.
Now I was wondering if there was a way to lock the video player into full screen mode and without the ability to pause the clip? That way I'm positive nobody will cheat and that there won't be messed with my Mac.
