Locking springboard orientation

Anyone know of a jailbreak tweak to lock the rotation of JUST the springboard itself rather than the lock switch? Meaning it'll act the same as an iPhone would where the only time it'll rotate is when you're using a app.
 
I am looking for the exact same thing. The re alignment of the app icons on the springboard really screws up my remembering where apps are located. Alternatively it would be nice if the iPad had a five by five layout.
