Lockscreen wallpaper bug?

I've seen this weird bug since initially upgrading to iOS 17, and it has persisted to 17.0.1 and 17.0.2

If i wake the phone the wallpaper is almost entirely faded except the very top. If i push the sleep button then hit it again its fine. It happens like once or twice a day.

12 Pro Max. Anyone seeing this?
