i did a quick search but didn't see if iphone 3.0 included any changes to the lockscreen. was there any announcement to changes of the lockscreen? while i wouldn't hesitate to jump to iphone 3.0, the one thing i will miss is the lack of a lockscreen notification for mail. (see screenshot)
