Hi, is there any way to log every web location a certain web page communicates with in the process of loading the page?

Reason I ask is because I'm a college student and I want to be able to restrict my internet access for everything that isn't directly related to my school (I'm using SelfControl, set to a whitelist), but I'm having trouble getting clear through to my online homework. Whenever I turn on the whitelist it will let me part of the way, but it always gets hung up at some point. I had it working last term, but apparently something change as far as how the pages are loading, so..

What I've done so far is to of course inter the URL bar info, but also in Firefox it shows a little box on the bottom that says what pages are being accessed. So I've done a screen recording and entered everything there, but still I get hung up loading at a certain part, and it won't continue.
