"logging" tab opens in Safari after google search

Has anyone come across this? If i do a google search, a 2nd tab opens up and just says

logging:
LOGGING

any ideas?

I got this on Chrome and I can't reproduce it in other browsers.

To me, it seems suspicious. But, deleting your cookies + cache seem to resolve it. I changed my Google Account password just to be on the safe side.
