I've been experiencing this problem ever since v15.5 ( I think) Sequoia where the app upon launching would throw up a message asking to be granted permissions to open on login, but the animation that walks you through the process is for an older version of the General preferences window even though under the new version, it does show that Logi Options+ is authorized to run at login.

I've tried removing and re-adding it, but it continues to ask to give it permission, otherwise it won't run.

Logitech tech service has been unhelpful and their recently updated version still doesn't work.

Anyone experiencing this issue as well?

It's for my MX Master 2S mouse, which I've assigned custom functions to its myriad number of buttons.

Mouse is still serviceable and there are no other mice that provide as many buttons for my needs (I've been using some flavor of MX Master for a decade or more) so I may look at an alternaive mouse driver.

I use LogiOptions+ and mine has never been added to 'Open at Login'. That splash screen is a bit confusing and I think what they mean here is to allow it in the background. Have you done that? (If I toggle that off, then I get the same splash screen as you.)

Btw, I'm using 15.4. If you did mean 15.5 (currently in beta), then perhaps it's a bug.

I reviewed that section under Sequoia and it's not listed down there but there's no option for me to add new applications.

Yes, macOS I'm using is beta!

I've informed Logitech of my system and the differences in this beta and their setup animation and that's as far as we got.
