Logic 8 - Clicking noise before track comes in

hello
when i play a song i have recorded, sometimes there is a clicking noise just before a track is to come in out of nowhere. heres a video of what i mean -

in this particular video it does not sound like a click because there are distortion plugs on the track but you get the idea. This is the only recording playing, everything else is muted.

whenever that happens to me in protools, i can usually trace it down to one plugin misbehaving .... try deactivating plugins one by one and see if you can find out which (if any) is causing it.

ok i traced it down but it isnt really conclusive

if both the compressor (Apples AUMultiband) and the distortion (AmpliTube) are bypassed it doesnt do it. But if either one isnt bypassed it does

have you tried a restart? ... you can also do stupid things like make a new track and move stuff over ... i dont really know what to tell you .. its a bug.
