Logic and Kontakt

I'm using Kontakt 2.2 in Logic Express 7.2,

I have a bank with 3 presets set up in my Kontakt window, I have the MIDI notes written out in Logic, and when I get to a certain part, I want the preset on Kontakt to change automatically

I've tried hitting the record button and then changing the preset at the right moment in the Kontakt window, but it doesn't seem to record me changing the preset

Anybody got any ideas?
