MP 1,1-5,1 Logic board and more parts of Mac Pro with ATX PSU possible?

Hi people, how are you? I hope good. I had a Mac Pro 1.1 that I flashed to 2.1 in the past, now I feel I need to use Mac again and the motherboard from the older Mac I couldn't sell, nobody wants. So I decided to use the PSU I have (Gigabyte PW-400) to power the Mac. I also have the original riserboard, original Mac Pro RAM with ECC and will use a Quadro FX 580 for display. I will assembly it outside the case for now to test, but I am not getting success. I tried to plug all that fits, but no boot signal. It's really possible to use a regular ATX PSU for a Mac Pro motherboard? Cheers.
