logic board replacement

i have a current gen unibody macbook and i need to replace the logic board. Will any logic board from the same generation fit/work? The model number is a1278 and the logic board parts number is 661-4819. Are logic boards from other a1278 models my only option or can i use any one from a 13" aluminum unibody macbook?
