does this look like any sort of specific problem? I've heard logic board
 
Sorry, did the photo link not work? The screen froze, and I had to hold the power button down to shut it off. Now it's not booting up all the way. The bar only gets to half way and the screen itself looks all fuzzy and pixelated. Almost like the screen is cracked but it's not.
 
More information need. Type of MacBook Pro (ie rMBP, MBP; 13" or 15"), year, configuration (integrated graphics, discrete graphics) ...
 
That is what a logic board failure will look like. That doesn't mean that's what the issue is though.

If you have a 2011 15" MBP though, then that's definitely what is going on.
Mine had the same problem with heavy tearing and artifacting on the screen and then refusing to properly boot (though I had some warning before it reached that stage).
