Logic express - eBay - 'new sealed in bag'

This guy sells logic express 9 on eBay. Seems to have good feedback too. But why a bag and no box? What do you all think about this?

Look at some of those sales...

$52.99 for a full retail version of Aperture 3, when at the apple store it's $199.

Starting price at $9.99.

Look at the descriptions...some of the grammar is poor, same kind of errors I see when mainland Chinese write things in English.

No retail box means faster and easier shipping from China or wherever. Think about it, what other explanations could there be for not having a box...

I'm willing to bet it's counterfeit/pirated software.

Definitely smells fishy. Most of those Logic Exp. auctions are closing close to $100 anyway. Makes sense to just pony up the extra $60 to get it from Amazon or Newegg.

Just not sure if I need a third DAW. lol. (or a 4th if you count GarageBand).
