I currently have Logic Express 7, 12 channel input limit, unfortunately for me, it only allows the first 12 inputs. I have two Firepods for a total of 16 analog and 4 digital inputs, but it goes in the order of 1-8 analog, 9-10 spdif, 11-18 analog, 19-20 spdif. So basically I can only record 10 inputs, nearly making the second firepod useless. Does Logic Express 8 have the same 12 input limit?

I do not think Logic Express 8 has a track limit for simultaneous recording. I looked online, and all that I found was referring to 7.
