OK, here's the deal.

At my school we are using Garageband '06 and Logic 7. At home however I have Garageband '08 and Logic 8. The problem is, if I save a file at school onto my memory stick and then edit it on my Mac, I get a program that I cannot open at school. I have not tested this with Logic however (only with Garageband).

What I'm asking is, is it possible to save a file that can be opened with an older version of Garageband or can I at least save a file with Logic 8 than can be opened with Logic 7?

Thanks,
Joel Nichols.
