Logic Pro 8 - HD? and RAM?

hey everyone,
I just bought a new Mac Pro 8-core 2.8 and am wondering how much RAM I should get and what HD to use with Logic Pro 8?

I've been looking at:
HD:500GB Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 SATA II 7200RPM 32MB Buffer with Perpendicular Drive Technology
RAM8.0GB OWC Matched Set (2GB x 4) PC6400 DDR2 ECC 800MHz
