Logic Pro X...Where are you?

So where is the new Logic Pro X that Apple just showed off alongside the new Mac Pro? It's kind of silly to demo it on stage and not release it. I can't imagine this is something that needs more work. I mean it has already been a long time since the last Logic update.

Major updates for Logic and Final Cut almost always come in tandem with or shortly after the latest OS updates. My guess would be we'll get a major update in the fall alongside the release of the Mac Pro/macOS Catalina.

It would make no sense to wait until Catalina. Many people in major production studios will wait almost a year to update to Catalina. Especially given that it is bound to break a lot of plug-ins and other things...

Does it come with a darker dark mode yet? After using FCPX it feels like i’m staring at the sun in Garageband or Logic, not sure why they never updated them.

I agree. Dark Mode should be there.
