I am sorry that there may be answers to my questions in the forum but I couldnt find it. I am new in the forum. My problem:
I got this unknown error 13014 from iTunes and I read that restarting the mac would be a solution. When I restarted the mac, typed my password, it was accepted. However, what I saw was this mac space background. That was all. I can't do anything to access my account. The only thing I could do was to use force quit short cut and got the same itunes error message.
Any solutions?
