Login failing after El Capitain upgrade

Can someone help me..After upgrading yesterday I have been unable to Login after my mac has been asleep. My login is rejected with a shake. If I shutdown my computer and restart, I can login just fine. I would love some advice if anyone can help me ! Thanks
