Login Failing when Switching Accounts ios10 pb2

I am having an issue with the iso10 public beta. I installed the first and now the second beta and my issue continues.

I have two apple ID's which I use dependent on the location I am resident in.

It appears that I can login with one ID however if I try to login with the other id it always tells me the password is incorrect. However I know that the password is correct as it is accepted on all my other non iso10 devices and my macbook.

Anyone seeing the same issue or know any resolution.

Was only one of the Apple ID's enrolled into the Public Beta Program?
